Excellent job fixing roof and fascia on a very high roof. Had some issues after freeze of winter pulled some nails but he returned to address them and it looks great now!

I've hired 7B Handyman for several major projects around my home and I can't recommend them enough. They've torn down an extension to my house, corrected a sagging porch roof, completely rebuilt the roof over my carport, installed windows, hung sheetrock, built soffit, installed doors, poured concrete, and more. Every job has been done with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Nick and his crew at 7B Handyman & Construction have done 3 different projects for us in the past 3 years, including building a very stout, insulated 3 car garage for us. He also built a beautiful garden fence and hung 4 gates on our property. He always does excellent work and is very productive and efficient at the same time. Because of his extensive construction background, they can do just about anything.
I will start off by saying Nick is awesome. I tried several other handyman services in Sandpoint and either didn't get a response back or they just flaked out and made a bunch of excuses. Nick built an office space for me and I couldn't have been happier. Nick was always on time, on budget and everything he did looked GREAT!!

Rotten or lifting boards, loose sections, handrails you would not trust your weight on, and the framing underneath that decides whether any of it is safe. Dock work runs through spring and summer, and properties with no road access are not a problem — we bring the tools out by boat.
