7B Handyman& Contracting LLC
Handyman and contracting work across Sagle — rural acreage, lake-access properties, outbuildings and the long driveways that come with them.
Sagle spreads out south of the Long Bridge across a large, mostly unincorporated area that runs from the lakeshore at Bottle Bay and Garfield Bay back into rural acreage along US-95. It is close enough to Sandpoint to be convenient and rural enough that the work looks completely different.
Property here tends to be land first and house second. That means outbuildings, shops and pole barns are a regular part of what people need, along with fencing that runs across uneven, wooded ground. Homes are typically on well and septic, and many sit at the end of long private driveways — which becomes the defining fact of the property between November and March.
The same three services, available throughout Bonner County and the wider region.

Yes, and it is common work out here. Long rural driveways are much easier to arrange before the season starts than mid-storm — let us know the length and surface and we will quote it.
Yes. Post-frame buildings are one of the most common projects on Sagle acreage. They generally require a permit through Bonner County, which we handle as part of the job.
