7B Handyman& Contracting LLC
Handyman and contracting work in Spirit Lake — a historic lake town with older homes and a lot of cabins.
Spirit Lake sits in northern Kootenai County at the lake it is named for, with a small historic main street and a community that grew up in the early logging era. It has kept much of that older character, and a good share of the housing dates back accordingly.
Older housing plus lake cabins is a specific combination. Original homes near the town center have the settling, plaster, dated systems and worn exteriors that come with a century of weather. Cabins around the lake add the seasonal-occupancy problem — small issues going unnoticed for months, and snow load sitting on structures with nobody there to clear it.
The same three services, available throughout Kootenai County and the wider region.

Learn moreSpirit Lake has waterfront property, and waterfront property has two problems generic handymen struggle with: docks that need real structural repair, and sites that are awkward or impossible to reach with a truck.
7B repairs rotten decking, loose sections, handrails and dock framing — and runs a work boat for properties with no road access, so the tools come to you.
Yes. Older homes usually reward repair over replacement — matching and restoring original material is often cheaper and always better-looking than tearing it out. We will tell you when something genuinely has to be replaced.
Yes — winterization and spring opening for seasonal property is regular work for us. Getting plumbing properly drained and the structure checked before the snow is what prevents the expensive spring surprises.
Kootenai County. That is a different jurisdiction from most of our Bonner County work, and we confirm requirements there before starting structural projects.
